About me

Hi there! My name is Markus Koller and I'm based in Switzerland. I've been an IT professional for over 20 years and have worked for startups, small companies, and large enterprise clients.

I started my own consulting business so I can focus on work that feels meaningful to me, and also leave space for my own creative passions: music and game development. My goal is to empower clients in creative and cultural fields to take full ownership of their digital tools and infrastructure.

Professional Background

I've mostly worked as a full-stack web developer, with an increasing focus on backend systems. I also have extensive experience in system administration and automation, starting from my first job at a hosting provider, and have taken over operational duties in most of my other jobs as well.

In my career I've also had the repeated pleasure of mentoring interns, apprentices, and junior engineers. I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge and making complex technical concepts accessible.
